2. Intermediate: A handwash sink was blocked, a spray bottle wasn’t labeled, and there were menu issues regarding salmon description and raw egg disclosure.
The restaurant promptly addressed all violations, including reprinting menus to correct food descriptions.
However, the inspector felt some violations were repetitive enough to warrant an administrative fine of $600 and another follow-up inspection.
